At SixOne Clothing, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every outfit you wear from us.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with hassle-free exchanges and returns under the terms below:
🛍️ Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Products showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, makeup marks, or damage will not be accepted.
- Refunds will be processed only after our quality check team inspects and approves the returned item.
- Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the product reaches us.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 20 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are available only for a size or color variant of the same product, subject to availability.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- If the requested size or color is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued according to our return policy.
❌ Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order OR before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- To cancel, email us at wastelandwearr@gmail.com with your order number.
After Dispatch
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- However, you can initiate a return or exchange once the order is delivered, as per our return policy.
Prepaid Orders
- Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders (before dispatch) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
🚚 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at wastelandwearr@gmail.com or fill out our Return/Exchange Form within the valid period.
- Our team will share the return instructions and the correct return address.
- Please ship the product securely in its original packaging to avoid transit damage.
- Keep the courier tracking number until we confirm your return.

⚠️ Important Notes
- Customised products, discounted items, or items bought during sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- In case of manufacturing defects, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- SixOne Clothing reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges if the product does not meet policy conditions.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect washing methods are not covered under this policy.
